Our Story

Born in Defiance,
Built on Trust

Dream Factory Kustoms started with a simple idea: auto repair should feel straightforward, not stressful. In a town like Defiance, your word is your bond — and we take that seriously. Every car that rolls into our shop gets the same care and transparency we'd expect for our own.

No surprise charges — we explain the work before we start, so you always know what to expect.

Quality parts, fair pricing — we source reliably and never upsell work you don't need.

Every vehicle welcome — domestic, import, daily driver, or weekend project.

Why Dream Factory

What Sets Us Apart

We're not a chain shop with a loyalty program. We're your neighbors — and the reputation we've built in Defiance is the only guarantee we need.

Transparent Pricing

You'll always know the cost before any work begins. No hidden fees, no "while you're here" surprises. Just honest, upfront estimates.

Cared About, Not Rushed

We take the time to diagnose properly and explain things clearly. Your car gets our full attention — not a rush job.

Custom Builds & Kustoms

Our name says it all. Beyond repairs, we specialize in fabrication and customization that makes your vehicle truly yours.
